Why so cheap compared with an architect or surveyor?+
Because most of the work is done by our engines and public data, and our team spends its time checking rather than typing. And because Home Art is a building company: the reports are how we meet you.
Do I have to use Home Art to build?+
No — every report is written to be useful with any builder. But if you build with us, the report fee comes off your build, you get priority scheduling, and we beat any like-for-like quote by 5%.
What if you can't help?+
If your property is listed, a flat, or outside London, we tell you at the free stage and refund any payment in full.
